The CHP is reportedly, “turning up the heat” on motorists who leave young children in cars.

During the month of August, Castro Valley CHP vehicles will display purple ribbons on the antennas as a reminder to the public that leaving a child in a vehicle unattended is against the law. Motorists found to be in violation of leaving a child under 6 in a car without the supervision of someone age 12 or older, can be issued a ticket carrying a fine upwards of $500, and/or the court may order a mandatory class on the dangers of leaving young children unattended in motor vehicles. – blog submitted by staging-vadusuxe.kinsta.cloud, helping drivers contest and dismiss their traffic tickets.
