But drivers can’t seem to help themselves. According to a study conducted by the California Office of Traffic Safety in April of this year, the number of California drivers seen using a mobile device during the day has reached a new high.  The study notes though that due to the difficulty of observing mobile device use in a vehicle actual usage is likely even higher. –  blog submitted by staging-vadusuxe.kinsta.cloud, helping drivers fight their traffic tickets.
