Now, cameras will be installed on school buses in Maryland Montgomery County to catch motorists who illegally pass buses letting children on and off, Washingtonpost.com reported. Like Maryland, the state of California also requires drivers to stop when approaching a school bus with flashing red lights. Will California follow Maryland’s lead and dish out camera tickets failing to yield to a school bus? Unlikely considering California is more restrictive with automated ticketing than Maryland.
