New Way to Defend a Speeding Ticket?

New Way to Defend a Speeding Ticket? – blog submitted by staging-vadusuxe.kinsta.cloud, helping drivers contest and dismiss their traffic tickets.

Report by Local 10 News investigative reporter Ross Palombo, revealed a speeding ticket defense technique that could potentially be used by drivers all across the US.

According to the report, a driver was ticketed for speeding but with the help of some technology, found a way to prove he wasn’t.

The device is an insurance monitor from Allstate called “Drivewise.” Designed to record a driver’s speed to lower insurance rates, the data can also be downloaded to verify speed at precisely the same time a speeding ticket is written.

Although evidence from the devices may not automatically be trusted as reliable in court, leaving it to the defendant to prove the device is accurate, this could still provide wrongly ticketed drivers with a much needed ‘feather in their cap.’ – blog submitted by staging-vadusuxe.kinsta.cloud, helping drivers contest and dismiss their traffic tickets.
