Cecilia Abadie, the first known person to receive a ticket for wearing Google Glass while driving in California recently had her ticket dismissed due to a lack of evidence to show that the Google Glass was in use while she was at the wheel. Even though her particular case was dismissed because of a lack of evidence the same may not be true for the next person who is ticketed for the same. Engadget.com reported, the San Diego Court Commissioner John Blair cautioned wearing Google Glass while driving does fall “within the purview and intent” of the state’s ban on driving with a monitor. Three states have already drafted laws that specifically ban Google Glass while driving: Delaware, West Virginia and New Jersey, reported by Cnn.com.

What does this mean for Google Glass enthusiasts?
