This month Allstate Insurance Company released its annual best drivers report and Lancaster in Los Angeles County ranked safest in California among largest cities in terms of car collision frequency.

According to the report, the average driver in Lancaster will experience an auto collision every 10 years, nearly identical to the national collision average.
