Young drivers vs old: Who is worse at texting and driving? – blog submitted by staging-vadusuxe.kinsta.cloud, helping drivers contest and dismiss their traffic tickets.

Wayne State University published a study on distracted driving and how it correlates to the age of the driver.

For the study, a group of 50 people between 18 and 59 years old took driving simulators out for a spin. Researchers then sent them text messages, asking them simple questions like what was their favorite color.

The study which was published this year in the journal Accident Analysis and Prevention, shows that there is something unique to the distraction of texting that makes older and more mature drivers worse at it.

No matter how old you are, texting and driving is never a good idea. And with Distracted Driver Awareness month right around the corner, hands-free laws will be strictly enforced. – blog submitted by staging-vadusuxe.kinsta.cloud, helping drivers contest and dismiss their traffic tickets.
